Support

Together We Can is a community network helping some of our most vulnerable members with basic needs, funds, and different ways to stabilize their lives. We operate under the fundamental understanding we are all connected.

“Please help me live and not get deported. It is beyond difficult being a Palestinian in the world.

I came to the US legally in July 2023. I was at the wrong place at the wrong time and ended getting picked up by ICE in Oct 2023 and detained for 18 months, simply because I was Palestinian, even though I had work authorization to be in the US. I have lost 181 family members; my sister and niece being amongst them.

I have mourned by myself. And trying to keep my sanity.”

I am looking to raise $18,000 Canadian/$13,041 American. The attorney fees are $8,000 Canadian/$5,000 American just for him to take my case and then the hourly rate is $300 Canadian.

“We are immensely grateful for every prayer, every word of support, and every gesture of solidarity. May God abundantly bless everyone who helps us during this very difficult time.”

Hello, my name is Thamiris, and I am starting this campaign to ask for help for our family.

My husband, Marlon, was detained during immigration proceedings in the United States. Throughout this time, we have had to shoulder high costs for legal representation to ensure he had an adequate defense.

It is important to note that **Marlon has no criminal record**. Even so, the process has generated expenses that are now far beyond our financial means.

Legal fees and other related costs continue to rise, and right now, we need the help of kind-hearted people to continue with the case.

Every contribution, regardless of the amount, will be used exclusively to cover legal fees and case-related expenses. If you cannot donate, simply sharing this campaign would be a huge help.
